Key to levels:


INTRO: All first time participants must attend intro until they are ready for level I
Learn strength prep and pilates for pole plus basic dance movement.


LEVEL I:  Learn core control, posture and shoulder dynamics and flexibility - basic inside and outside spins, single level climbing preps and sitting on pole. Introduction to weight bearing movement.


LEVEL II: Learn handstand preps, basic inversions, climbing up and strength holds on the pole. Learn multiple spins. Intro to spinning pole.


LEVEL III: At this level, you will be able to climb and do 3 or more moves in sequence with control. Learn more inverted positions and transitions to link moves and spins.
